Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping Time
We offer shipping at the following rates:
Total Delivery Time: Processing Time (1–3 days) + Shipping Time (7–12 days)
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are provided in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
Order Status
Due to the volume of orders we process, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed — especially on Launch days.
All orders come with shipping and tracking information. Please check your emails for updates.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
We advise signing up for email notifications through the final tracking link to receive real-time updates on your package’s location.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you experience issues tracking your package, please contact the last available courier for more information.

Refused Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs, which vary depending on the original shipping method.
We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or with insufficient address information.
Refunds for refused or undeliverable packages will be issued minus all shipping charges and an $8 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment.
Please place a new order with the correct shipping details if you would like your items to be re-sent.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Please note that international deliveries may be subject to rules and restrictions. You may also be responsible for additional taxes and duties, which are beyond our control.
If applicable, you are responsible for complying with your country’s laws and for any additional costs.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
- Not all shipping methods are available for certain items
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday)
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
